I spent two decades helping teams deliver complex projects inside fast-moving organizations, where clear plans and realistic timelines were the job rather than the aspiration. Alongside that work I was building my own business while raising a family, and I needed a better way to prioritize and execute consistently across commitments that did not fit neatly inside a single calendar.
